Yeah. His car is down, so he was depending on a ride. The driver apparently decided to sleep instead. I asked him if he could get another ride, and he said someone "conveniently" stepped in to take his place. He's of the opinion the two kinda cooked this up - because the guys earn promotion points doing this. It's too bad this kind of thing happens, but that is life!
