On the main page of the messageboards you can customize the organization of the forum listing with Drag 'n Drop. You must have javascript enabled. The settings are saved in a cookie, so the forums will return to the default settings if you delete your cookies.

Example: Click and drag the Polls forums all the way up to the Lounge.
