Yes, there are plenty of scammers in this world. I was approached 3 times just this week with scams like this including one that was allegedly a Sr pastor and evangelist out of Ohio. All these were looking for info on my Cash app or debit card accounts. I had to make several preachers aware of these scams and even posted a notice with a copy of one of the contacts messages to me on Facebook. Very sad indeed.
