Hate Google AdSense

Okay I am SO sick of Google AdSense. If I don't log in in awhile, it seems to forget I'm even a user. I try to get my password mailed and its like "do not recognize user, no such user" that stuff. And then I try to fill out a help form and it won't recognize my help form as being completely filled out, even though it is. I am SO sick of trying to log into this site and try to see if I have any money in it. I could not find a phone number to call. Anyone know how to help? I'm about to just take all the ads from my website and forget about them. This is the second time this has happened, the first time took months to resolve and now its happening again.

I have one Google account that I use for email, adsense, adwords, etc. Since I use my gmail daily, I'm almost always logged in. I also use a simple pattern for my passwords--a code word, plus the initials of the site--that way I don't have to struggle to remember the password.

I usually use the same few passwords but the thing is, when I put in my email acct, it says it doesn't recognize me as a user. But it has to....I've gotten a check before from them!
