Why for parents? I'm sure there are adults with the same problem as well.

My Aunt gets hives ALL the time and so does my sister.
oh it might help to start a support group in facebook or something.

Well I'm on an email group for people with chronic urticaria and its much more rare for kids to have it, and for different reasons, than adults.

We're dealing with that problem on my CAH board. The parents have differnet questions and concerns than the adults with the condition do, and while there are already have 7 forums there, the adults want one of their own.

Yeah...most of the people are women, middle aged, with autoimmune problems. Most kids have different treatment regimins, and usually its controlled in slightly different ways, and aggravated in slightly different ways. Plus, its different to BE the itchy one, or be worried about the itchy one. I have looked and there are boards for parents of kids with mastocytosis, which is similar but deeper and more serious...but no forums for parents of kids with chronic urticaria. So I really want to get this out there. I received so much help from our regular email list, and then did my own research and testing, and we want to support each other and/or help newbies with questions and concerns.
