I do know of one IFB church like that. There are only about a dozen members, with the youngest in their 60s. They have decided they want their church do die with them, working to keep others out.

I remember a church like this in Pennsylvania. The congregation voted not to allow any new members, especially young whippersnappers. The pastor, Arthur Begley, decided after that it was time to move on. God put him into a thriving church outside of Pittsburgh, PA.

Naw, it's 160 miles to Home Depot and 185 to Lowe's -- besides, I've got a good supply of OLB write-up slips and padlocks handy already.
