when I was a kid I got the nick name Butterhead because I loved to churn the butter and help my mom and my aunt make buttermilk I was the first to get a glass of butter milk  " real buttermilk " what you buy in the stores is full of junk and taste nothing like real butter, I agree with bro Larry Yuk'

brother Garry's recipe sounds good , though I am wondering if goatmillk will work in the recipe ?  anyway thanks bro Garry for the recipe I'm gonna give it a try.

as for Maple Syrup I love it when I can find the real Syrup if not I prefer real Honey.

God bless

I would use real maple syrup but that stuff costs a fortune so I make my own stuff out of water, sugar, and Mapleine.

It's imitation but it tastes good.  Best a poor man can do.

When I was in Alaska, kids used to pour maple syrup and some other kinds of syrup on pure, new, white snow and eat it like a slushee.

Alaska has no maple trees, but I have seen a very large operation making syrup out of birch sap. Accordingly it is called birch syrup.

It is ok, but maple is better. Being brought up in New england, I prefer real maple syrup.

I'm telling you, you should try that recipe I posted.  Just make sure you don't get any on the end of your nose or your tongue will beat you half to death trying to get at it.
