It's hard to let neighbors and church friends use the pool, but then before they come say, You can't use it unless your swimsuit is designed this way or that way. Some people might have the subtlety and tact to be able to pull it off, but I guess I'm kind of simple. I don't think it's really controversial to observe that it's not particularly realistic; but then, I don't go to an independent baptist church, even though I agree with you guys in many ways. Blessings.

Okay, let's cut the references to attending an independent baptist church...that has nothing to do with my standards. My standards come from scripture (and I know many others on here who are the same way). It may not be particularly realistic to you, but it is your yard, your pool. When I was a child, we would use friends' pools, and their parents always laid out how it was to be used: including having shirts on over suits (or guys having shirts on)...and most of those adults were not even Christians, let alone attending any church, even an independent baptist one. It was their pool, in their yard, and it was their decision. As it is with you.

HappyChristian:

I've edited out the offending reference in the last post. Thanks for pointing it out. Blessings.
