Well, I am surprised UNC is ranked as high as it is, due to last year's season. I guess the poll folks realized last season was incredibly unusual. Roy Williams did steal Iowa's top high school basketball recruit, so I can have a little fun up here, where football is king.

Yep, scary they shoved the Buckeyes up to #2...I never like the Buckeyes ranked high at the beginning of the season.

I know what you mean. Whenever Uconn starts the season ranked in the top 10 I get nervous as it usually means they will start losing. This year they started the season unranked and moved up to 6 in the coaches poll.

After tonight the Buckeyes will probably get bumped up to #1. Although its great for my team to be there...its waaaay too early to have that kind of ranking. Anyway go Buckeyes!

Your probably right. With Duke losing, Ohio State should get the #1 spot. New polls will be out tomorrow.

I do not mind Kentucky, but I can't stand coach John Calipari. That guy has always been a cheater with recruiting. I'm not basing that on anything I have seen in Kentucky, but back when he was in my neck of the woods in Umass.
