Thinking about switching churches

I'm thinking about switching from my current church (largest Russian Baptist church in America) to a small (Reformed Baptist) house church in Rancho Cordova. Thing is, even if I switch, I am still active in my church in two areas: I am the youth website developer and I am a band leader in the Thursday group, The Gospel Project. I need God's wisdom in making the right decision here and if I do switch, to do the transition right as well. I really like the Thursday group and will prOBably participate for a long time unless it gets too rigid (it's already not the way it used to be before, and I liked it better before), but I don't know about the youth website. I would rather that they would replace me with someone else, but there isn't anybody at my church who knows Ruby on Rails except myself, so I don't know how that will go down.

Thanks. I'm going to be going to this small church for a while and pray about it. Then I'll see what God leads me to do.
