I don't know, but I would not recommend using Outlook Express. It's outdated and unsupported by Microsoft, and MS discourages its use. More people have caught viruses through Outlook Express than even Internet Explorer. I would recommend using another program like Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, or Microsoft Office Outlook.
