If you havn't you should! I have 2 hymnals one that is from the 1940's and those Hymn's are simply amazing! If you ever wanna find that you havn't heard before (That aren't from the contemporary musicians...) just take a Hymnal and look through it theres tons of awesome songs!

If you really want some old hymns you never heard before, try a hymnal from the 1800's or early 1900's. I have a couple and it is interesting the totally different way the hymnal is laid out, for example, no songs are titled. It makes it interesting to find stuff...

The Christian Hymnary has some hymns from the 1500's brought over from German. There are some great, doctrinal, songs.
