Food Processors

I am thinking about them ,does anyone have one ?
If so what brand do you own ?
Do you like it ?
If you do whats the best thing about having one ?
If you don't like it why not?

I have been looking at them online but there are so many styles and diffrent watts and I have no clue about what to look for .

I have no idea what brand mine is but I use it to make pie dough and crush tomatoes for sauces. I use it also for onions when we have a crew coming and we are having hotdog's. I do not use it for much else.

I have a larger KitchenAid with a slicer, grater, and of course chopping blades. I really like it, we grate our own cheese now to avoid the preservatives that come in the pre-shredded kind, and just various and assorted things. Its something you might not use every day, but when you need it, you need it.

I'm partial to KitchenAid but I'm sure there are other good brands out there. Just get one large enough, we had a small one and it was a pain if you wanted to grate up anything more than a cup or so.

Thanks for the info ,I am still researching .I don't need a huge one but I don't want a cheap one that will break in a month or so .

I read a site with reviews but they were all over the place .
