Keep Getting Logged Off

Could any of you that keep getting logged off please send me your OB cookie? You can either send it to me in an attachment or paste the information in a PM.

Help for the computer illiterate, please. (LOL) That was like looking for a needle in a haystack at first. I found a couple of cookies and a whole lot of GIF images (boxes, headers etc.) Now what do I do--they are just a big list? Oh, and how do you PM someone if you can't even log in at all?

I cannot find a cookie named Onlinebaptist cookie or anything similar

I use Fire Fox and was having the same problem.

I went into Tools and then into Clear Private Data.

I was able to log in afterwards.

PastorJ, in mine, the icon looks like a notepad and underneath it says, name@onlinebaptist


That "name" up there is the name my computer knows me by. Most of the link is hidden but I think if you look for something similar to what I posted, you'll be able to find it.

What I can't figure out is if I "cleared" the OB cookies, why are there still a couple there and all that other "stuff"?--bzmomo6 (besides the fact, I don't know what to do with them)

Perhaps you could try clearing it again and then shut your computer down and restart and see if that helps.

I have no cookie with that name.

I cleared all my cookies and relogged in and still no cookies with the name Jesanis@onlinebaptist

I talked to my dh at work..............he told me to just clear it ALL, and that is what I did. Cleared every single cookie off the computer and cleared the cache, too (not just the OB ones). Don't know if it was necessary, but it worked. I'm up and running.............for now, at least!! :lol:

Any thoughts to my problem. Whatever you did before fixed me, but now I am still logging out almost every time I change screens. I looked for the cookie, but I have no cookie with the online baptist name.

I think so, so I got rid of EVERYTHING............I was like, do we really need all that junk on the computer??

Got logged off again, but all I had to do this time is to clear the board cookies and login.
