Psalm 119:63 says, "I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts."

Those who truly believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are our brethren in the Lord. If they are living a holy life for the Lord, then we should seek to have Christian fellowship with them in the Lord Jesus Christ. However, if a man or woman is not living for the Lord, we should separate from that person. II Thessalonians 3:6 says, "Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us."

We should seek to obey God by fellowshipping with those who are truly living for the Lord and not separate from them over minor matters of scriptural interpretations. Those who are living irresponsibly should be exhorted and warned in the spirit of Scriptural love.
