Overcast day, rained last night, max temp around 21°C (70°F), and the fire danger is "High".

Sorry for the poor clarity, but the lowest rating is "Low-moderate", then "High", "Very High", Severe", "Extreme", and finally "Catastrophic".

Had to laugh the other day - it was "low-moderate" while it was raining, but when we drove past the sign an hour alter and the rain had stopped, it was "High".

You know you are in WA when the fire danger changes from low  to high just because it stopped raining.....

In Summer we have automatic fire restrictions and the minimum rating is never below "Very high".

We laugh now, but it is actually pretty serious.....
