View Counter working/problem?

Two items.

1. I noticed that the number of views on a few topics are not numbering the views properly.

2. I put a (actually twice in the same review), review on the Church Directory section but the review never showed.

I checked this situation on two different computers, but, both computers showed the same problem.

Is it me? Are my computers too old? Am I too old? Woe is me! Help!
