Jewish Beth Din courts operate under the same provision in the Arbitration Act and resolve civil cases, ranging from divorce to business disputes. They have existed in Britain for more than 100 years, and previously operated under a precursor to the act.

Some key paragraphs from the Times article that Fox News used as a source. So these courts haven't come about as part of any new act or legislation. Muslims have simply started doing something that Jews in Britain have been doing for over 100 years--using the same legislation that they use.

From my understanding of the article, with the rate Muslims are gaining power, seems to me Britain will one day be under the rule of Muslims.

Them they can legally execute Britain's for being Christians.
