People, especially intelligent ones, have a tendency to read between lines, even if there is nothing intended to be between the line.  When people put emotions and attitude in the lines it is because of certain words being employed that then to be indicators that there is an attitude.

 

When I try to write something I am trying to precise without coming across condescending or belittling.  when we read a post or blog or text and someone uses a key word that indicates they are being condescending then there is a chance the interpretation will be they are.

 

But when someone does not use any of those key words it is wrong for someone to interpret it.

 

Sorry DaveW I am not reading any of your posts I gave up.  too many times you have hurt me deeply for no reason and I will not subject myself to your abuse.  even if the mods won't do anything about it.  the one thing left for me to do is to ignore you.

It is scientific fact that the 93% figure is not universally accepted in any case, and it relates ONLY to the emotions and feelings that are related in speech.
It has absolutely nothing to do with written information.

Would someone care to point out how this posts warranted the response?

I imparted information that is entirely factual, and made no personal remark at all.
