Also, its good to be healthy of course, but alot of these practices seem to be a form of self-worship....your whole life is revolving around what you eat and what exercises you do and what you do with your mind. Therefore....its a self centered sort of "religion".

No doubt for some health and fitness becomes a religion of sorts to them. All things in their life centers upon their physical well-being and hopes for long life.

True enough, we should consider our health but we should not worship our bodies and lives.

That's right, plus:

1Ti 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable
unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which
is to come.

there is little profit in bodily exercise.
