    I didn't take it as an attack, believe me. I just wanted to clarify my position. The KJV is my preferred translation. I grew up with it, have always used it in my preaching, teaching, and writing. I use the MVs at times as commentary.

    Genesis chapter one, Let US make man in OUR image. God the Father speaking. The Holy Spirit was hovering over the face of the deep. John chapter one, "In the beginning was THE WORD", God the Son. The word Trinity doesn't have to be in the Bible as long as the principle is.

    Who says that I don't trust the MVs? Am I wary of some of their interpretations, yes, and rightly so. Some DO try to over humanize Christ to the detriment of his deity. But, yes, God can use the MVs. I have never denied that.

    The Bible clearly teaches Jesus IS God. Your being here trying to change that fact with your JW ideology doesn't change that fact. Your constant misinterpretation of scripture doesn't change it. You clearly don't know the Lord, and I am still praying for your salvation. You have to believe on the Christ of the Bible and confess him as Lord or you won't make it to Heaven.

    Where are you coming up with this bad theology? I've NOWHERE stated he was rewarded for his sin. He, and the rest of mankind are suffering because of his sin. Your JW dogma is coming through again.

    Yes, Adam was a living soul, but he was also flesh and blood. His physical body, when he died, returned to the dust from which he was made. His soul went to paradise, mentioned in the story of the rich man and Lazarus.

    You need to clarify in what context you are asking about death? Physical or spiritual. Both were affected in the fall of Adam. The spiritual death (separation/breaking of fellowship with God) was immediate. The physical took it's course over several hundreds of years. And as per your attempt to correct the translation rendered by the KJV translators, you're incorrect.

    Prove it's in error. Your JW dogma hates it when we ask for proof of this. So, please, prove your assertion. I gave you verses..in fact, the very verses you've used as well. You know, satan is the father of lies, and you're doing a lot of that here.

    Jesus was indeed deity... scriptures are clear on this. Your JW ideology doesn't cut it here. Only a part of the Godhead, the Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, living a perfect, sinless life and a substitutionary death, could cleanse us from sin. The Bible IS theology.

    Context..These men were NEVER deity. They were FOLLOWERS of Christ and were one in his mission to redeem mankind. You're definitely NOT "thinking." Your only purpose here is to disrupt, and moderators have been notified of this.
