Toddlers who dislike spicy food 'racist'

I was in MI a few months ago and stayed with an Amish family. For "breakfast" one morning we had chicken livers with milk gravy and spice cake. They would put the chicken livers over some fried potatoes and the cake in the same bowl and pour the milk gravy all over it all. It wasn't too good. Does this mean I am prejudice toward Amish?
