Why then, do large American companies have their bibles printed in China? * Thomas Nelson and Sons (Harper Collins) * Zondervan (Harper Collins) * Holman Bible Publishers * Tyndale House Others? Must be a lot cheaper for them to do so. Bible publishers that don’t print in China include InterVarsity Press [IVP], St. Ignatius Press, St. Benedict Press, Cambridge University Press, R. L. Allan & Son, Schuyler Bibles, Church Bible Publishers, and Local Church Bible Publishers. Are there not inexpensive printers in other parts of the free world like South Korea and Taiwan? These companies seem to be not that concerned with government oppression. Bibles printed printed in China help the number of bibles increase worldwide. I've heard that bibles aren't banned but what you teach from the Bible can get you into trouble with the Party. Quote
