I am also a Baptist , theology is cool, so is pre wrath rapture, and I enjoy hymnal worship, it’s the proper way, according to my interpretation of scripture, but that is just my belief

No, I believe that the office of the pastor is meant for males only as outlined in the scriptures by Christ and his apostles
