The lord sent me the angel of conviction

Today i wnt to a taco place to get some food. When i walked in i noticed these kids with many piercing and tattoos. I am in corrections so my eye tends to catch those type of people first. I started to order my food when i heard "God bless you". When i looked this little old lady had said it and the kids replied God bless u back. I continued my order paid and waited for my food. The entire time this old lady who was making flowers with perfume to sell was paraying and giving God praise. A female worker said to her your so happy with such a hard life. This lady told her(it was in spanish) that she was just paying her due and that it was God"s plan. She said GOd will bless her with a better life and that she knows he will take her from this. SHe tehn began to pray. I felt a conviction in my heart that was soooo strong i was fighting my tears back. This lady who was OBviously not doing well NEVER ONCE STOP PRAYING!!!!!! She thanked GOD for her life! I have not been to church in 3 to 4 months and my faith is weak. I complain about my life and hardly ever pray. I cried the entire way home. My wife could not believe how chocked up i was. I felt so convicted. God gives me so many blessings and i do not thank him for it, I complain about what i dont have! I do not deserve my great Lord and the blessings that he has given me. I will say this that stops today!! I am not shorting GOD any more.

Praise God!

Our Heavenly Father may use different methods but He has to bring each of us to the point where we realize we are out of His will so we will pay heed to Him when He points us in the right direction.

It can be very humbling to encounter a "poor" (economically, healthwise, etc.) Christian who truly reflects Christ in a powerful way.
