When we were enemies, Christ died for us; glory be to His name!

Amen! Here's today's offering...

Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: (Romans 15:8)

Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. (Matthew 20:28)

So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. (Hebrews 9:28)

Keifer:

Great emphasis on the finality of the Cross in Romans 9 & 10: 'once offered'; 'one offering'.

Blessings.

Amen Farouk. Once for Him, and once for us (Galatians 2:20). Here's today's offering...

And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation. (Isaiah 25:9)

Keifer:

Great verse.

Although in a secondary way it could be applied to the church, it's not the church in view here, but the remnant Israel, right?
