I'm not a fan of Andy Stanley nor was of of his father but I think I understand what he is driving at. I think he's trying to convince any unbelievers that believing on all the miracles of the Bible isn't necessary to be saved which is correct. Believing on the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ is what's necessary but it seems to me if you were to believe on the gospel belief in the rest of the miracles would follow.

That is Mark Ward. He is a professional KJV Bible corrector who uses smooth, positive language like Joel Osteen to destroy your faith in God's words. Really, that is his complete ministry to the saints, i.e. to show how every word in the KJV is a mistranslation or is archaic and that it cannot be understood even with a dictionary. In fact, he views having to pick up a dictionary to look up a word as a flaw in of itself. He has a channel on YouTube where he pushes he "false friends" con job. The use of a term like that reveals his duplicitous nature. Only a two-faced wolf in sheep's clothing would use a term like that. I was able to easily answer all of his "false friends" to which he even gave me credit but then blocked me for an "unchristian like spirit" and "harsh language". Snakes usually like to fall on these defenses as a last resort. This was at least three years ago by now. I've found that slick con artists as Mark Ward like to pretend you are the unchristian one using harsh language while they tear the Bible apart not even giving the KJV or the KJV translators the benefit of the doubt in every single word in the KJV.

One of the best IFB preachers I know of has been pastoring a thriving, missionary supporting church for 30 years now. He married a woman who was divorced before she was saved. Some of the lunatic brethren think he's an adulterer and should "put her away" and shut down his church. Mostly armchair pastors who do nothing but holler from the peanut gallery.

That article by MSN is laughable. It sounds like it was written by a middle schooler. Nothing was "debunked". Sure, you can say there's no evidence that a large group of people wandered through the Sinai desert 3,500 years ago (which is a hilarious argument in of itself) but that doesn't debunked anything. Now here's something that can be easily debunked unless you work for MSN: a male and female are the same.

We just had our second threat towards our county school district. This is a very small county population wise too. What you would consider a "country school". The first was towards the middle school and yesterday towards the high school. Both threats came from neighboring school and one from another state and none would probably have happened without social media and parents just letting their kids do whatever they want on their phones/computers. The school poobahs allowed phones in the school with unrestricted usage until the governor put his foot down and boy did a lot of the moms complain about that on the school FB page. They are still allowed on the buses though. None of the school board poobahs have ever driven a school bus nor understand the added stress this causes to the drivers (only the Special Needs buses have bus aides). No wonder we are so short of drivers. Last year I had a 1st grader showing nude pictures and videos of him and his brother to other kids on my bus and another bus driver had a 2nd grader showing hardcore porn videos to other kids. On two separate occasions on my bus 911 was called by kids fooling around and I was pulled over by the police to get checked on. None of the poobahs had their days or lattes distrupted. There will be no end to this anytime soon. If you have children and can send them to a good Christian school (many are not good) or homeschool them you really should. I know it's not possible for everyone but if it's in your power to take ahold of their education you should seriously consider it.

The Trump Bible
SureWord replied to TheGloryLand's topic in Bible - KJV or Modern Version Discussion
I bought one. It's a KJV with the Declaration, Constitution and Pledge of Alligience in it. It's nice size and a soft "pleather" cover. I believe I paid around $65 for it that included shipping. Technically, I believe the Bible has more to do with singer Lee Greenwood it just has Trump's name on it. I think the money goes to support his campaign but I'm not 109% sure on that -
I think it's this particular school district. I believe the one Principal is a graduate of Falwell's college. I know a lot in the school are. The new gym teacher who's child rose my bus is a Christian and his daughter told me he was getting a real hard time because of his faith from the liberal principal at his previous school in Charlottesville. I recommended him to the principal as the new gym teacher after the previous one retired and he gave me credit for getting the job. A side note his daughter used to preach at the unruly boys in the back of the bus. I'd hear them going at it sometimes. She would even bring her Bible on the bus. It was quite funny at times.

Charlottesville is not a conservative area. Very liberal.

Central Virginia near Charlottesville.

Friday night at the county fair I saw a booth for a new Baptist Church that started up and is, surprisedly, meeting at the high school. It's IFB and KJV to boot. I told him I was surprise they were letting him hold services there and he agreed. I guess nobody has pulled out the "separation of church and state' card on him yet. The first time he preaches hard against certain sins most likely someone will complain. I know in the past they had a non-denominational church meet at the middle school until the church got their own building. One of the custodians told me they also had a prayer group and Bible study in the mornings at the middle school to before the work day started. I never could make it because of my bus schedule. It's good to see a least one school district not being aggressive towards Christianity. I may go and check it out.

How many wars did Trump start? This is one major reason the Uniparty hates his guts. He refused to go to war with anyone. -
It takes two to tango but it was my mother who initiated the divorce and at the end of her life said she regretted it.

Interesting, since Bob Jones Sr was a Methodist.

President Trump Shot in the Ear 7-13-24 He's OK

Brother Tony, it sounds like you are believing in a conspiracy theory here. I see you upvoted the comment of an "inside job". Where's the indisputable evidence? -
My income hasn't risen. In fact, I just lost my 2nd job (something my father never had to worry about), there's no more bonuses at my first job and my rent increased more than my father was paying on the mortgage of his house.

I remember the big "conspiracy" around COVID, gain-of-function research and the vax. All turned out to be true.
-
Bro, it's been all over the news. And how many conspiracies end up being true? When a sitting President disappears for six days and cancels all of his itinerary or doesn't make a televised statement of his not seeking reelection and only notifies his staff a day prior of this decision via Twitter there's nothing wrong to start considering some reasons. How 'bout WorldNetDaily as a source. Or Breitbart? Or even the DailyMail? Or DailyCaller? Or Tim Pool? Or Tucker Carlson? Etc etc....All were suggesting he was maybe dead or very ill. Anyway, there's been a sighting of him within the last few hours. Now those saying he's a body-double are really carrying the conspiracy too far.

A phone call can be faked especially with AI. Also, Harris almost slipped and said "recording" instead of "call". Nobody has seen him. He was supposed to meet with Netanyahu but was a no show. All his coming meetings have been cancelled. They also said that Air Force One made an emergency landing in Delaware. It could be he's so terrified of dying from COVID which supposedly he has again that he's hunkered down in his basement.
-
Sounds like President Biden is either dead or dying.
-
Harris will probably be removed by the Delegates during the Democrat Convention. Hillary wants to run again or maybe Gavin Newsome but Michelle Obama would be their dream candidate.

You gave yourself a red check down. So apparently the police did try to do something but were ignored, intentionally or unintentionally, by the SS. There's all kinds of conspiracies swirling around but I think a lot of this is mostly a prime example of DEI in action. There were people in positions they were not qualified for. Maybe arrogance towards the local police force by the SS too. Small town Keystone Cops maybe they viewed them as. -

Vote your conscience or don't vote at all. It's simple as that. And refuse to get in an argument with anyone over your choice. Don't even bring it up. -

It's come out that the police were warned about a man with a rifle on the building and they did nothing. -
They say God is finished with Israel as a NATION. They'll say these verses just mean that Jewish people can get saved and become part of the Church just like any Gentile and we all make up the "Israel of God" (i.e. spiritual Jews). Any special dealing with them as a corporate, physical nation is over with. All those national promises in the OT have been spiritualized and passed off to the body of Christ. Scofield's teaching opposed this idea thus he's a step away from being Satan himself in their deluded minds.
