Members Jerry
But We See Jesus "I don't look back, God knows the fruitless efforts, The wasted hours, the sinning, the regrets, I leave them all with Him who blots the record, And mercifully forgives, and then forgets. I don't look forward, God sees all the future, The road that, short or long, will lead me home, And He will face with me its every trial, And bear for me the burdens that may come. But I look up - into the face of Jesus, For there my heart can rest, my fears are stilled, And there is joy, and love, and light for darkness, And perfect peace, and every hope fulfilled." ~Annie Johnson Flint~
Members Alimantado
Hi Jerry Thanks for the poem. It's been a long long time since you posted on the forum, hasn't it? Either way, good to hear from you again. Carl

Members irishman
Jerry, here's another by Annie, I consider it one of her best especially the first and last stanzas. He Giveth More Grace He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater, He sendeth more strength when the labors increase; To added affliction He addeth His mercy; To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace. When we have exhausted our store of endurance, When our strength has failed ere the day is half done, When we reach the end of our hoarded resources, Our Father's full giving is only begun. Fear not that thy need shall exceed His provision, Our God ever yearns His resources to share; Lean hard on the arm everlasting, availing; The Father both thee and thy load will upbear. His love has no limit; His grace has no measure. His pow'r has no boundary known unto men; For out of His infinite riches in Jesus, He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again!
