Trouble Posting in the Chat on the Board Index

I can't seem to post on the chat thingy on the Board Index page. Do I need special software to do this? My name shows up to the right of the chat box with a red dot to the left of it. I tried twice this morning to post there and neither post went through--just sat there when I clicked on "Submit" Any suggestions would be helpful.

BTW, I really like the new OB look.

Just got home from church and Wally World and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks Bro Matt!

Wally World is our "home away from home"! There's one in just about every town here in Mississippi.
