I wonder if it would be possible to add some "Topics" to the Forum Content Page ?

1.)  Christian Theology

2.) Bible Study

3. Christian Spirituality

Those are good for a Forum, as "Topics".

So....

Im was just on another forum that is mostly Legalists and Heretics and Cult members..(sort of the same thing)..... and probably not one Baptist or Presbyterian is on it.

One of the members there was, as usual, giving all credit to His WORKS for saving him and keeping him saved.

You've probably had this type of religious person on this forum who teaches that "God saves us so that we can now go and keep the Law"?

Ever dealt with one of those specific types of Legalist?   Ive dealt with many of those ., and this specific one, goes from forum to forum, posting his "works to be saved".. "works to stay saved", Theology., that denies The Cross.

He's not a fan of my Teaching, as i give all Credit to the Cross of Christ for our Salvation..   because All credit is Due the SAVIOR for saving us and keeping us saved.

This person is not a fan of that message, but he is a fan of this message... Galatians 1:8

So, im going to post what i just posted to him, because a Baptist Forum, will probably appreciate it more then He will..

This one is for adults.  So, if you are stuck in Hebrews 6:1, and need more milk, then what im going to post is not for you.

I know of a person who BELIEVED that the work He was to do was take a knife and castrate himself "for the Lord" because He read about a eunuch in the Bible, and decided that Jesus wanted Him to do that to himself.

I know another one, who built a bomb and blew up an abortion clinic, and killed a few people, because he wanted to please Jesus, and felt "led to do it' and he was also encouraged to do it by the leadership in His Pentecostal Church.
He doesn't feel that way about it now, as Prison changes you he's discovered....... and neither does the spiritual moron with the KNIFE, feel the same way about it, as before.

Gotta watch those 'inner voices" AS they might just be a DEMON.

You'll need some nails and a tree, and a lot of self righteousness., and you definitely have that ready to go., Mr LAW and Works.

If you decide to try it, Mr Legalist, (and id advise against it)... but if you just must.... then hand someone your Cell Phone before you nail yourself to a Tree.
You should use a hammer as if you try to do it with your hard head, then you might pass out.
Can't have that.
Hang in there.....or your works, fail again.
Have them make a 4K video of what your devoujt pride looks like hanging up there....., as its always interesting to watch a chronic self saver try to replace the Cross of Christ with their own self righteousness, and NT ignorance.

Now, not everyone will try it with the Nail and the Hammer.
Most try it with WORKS and WATER Baptism and Enduring and all similar types of SELF EFFORT = Works.
And that includes trying to KEEP THE LAW, so that you can try to save YOURSELF or try to Keep yourself SAVED.
See, ....Thats just one more CROSS you are hanging on..........and the nails are your Own SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS.

And for you who read my Post, and you are sitting there with your mouth open, and your eyes are slightly bulging...

Just think of it what i wrote as a Sermon or a Sunday School lesson that has some "salt" in it.

See, one of the issues with "modern Christians" is. .on one hand they want to be spoon fed, and on the other hand they want to take credit for their salvaiton.

So, its good for them to understand that this Salvation that God has given as the BLOODY massacre of His precious Son, whereby they torn off his skin with whips and broke his nose and teeth and his ribs were exposed.

And how do you know that they broke Christ's nose and teeth?  Its because the KVJ says that """""Jesus was marred beyond recognition"""", and you recognize someone by their FACE., not by their side or back....And reader, those Romans never Hit His face with a Whip, to "Marred beyond recognition" = your Savior, so it had to be fists and boots.

Also...
You could see the RIBS of Jesus, before they finished what was only a part of YOUR Eternal SALVATION.
He still had to carry it and be nailed to it, just for YOUR SIN and mine.
What did He do to deserve it?

A.) YOUR Sin.

See, Its good to GET REAL.
Gotta keep it real so that people keep their eyes on Jesus for their Salvation.
