I composed and performed the instrumentation for this one, and had Gayle, a dear Christian friend over in Tennessee, write and sing the lyrics for the music. I let her have complete creative license for this one when it comes to lyrics.

 

Finding real vocal and lyric writing talent out there who isn't out for instant fame and fortune, THAT has been the main problem I as a composer have been having.

 

They all want Taylor Swift fame and fortune to their name and bank accounts rather than to work toward success. That's why my music projects pretty much came to a slow ebb a few years ago, waiting for some talent to come along who didn't have their heads in the clouds.
