Members Genevanpreacher
Went to see The Peanuts Movie with my family. We loved it! And I recommend it to all families that enjoy the 'art' of Charles Schulz. One of Charles Schulz' prized possessions . . . his worn out old Bible. Charles Schulz was a Christian and a Sunday school teacher, as well as a cartoonist and artist. He produced a few other books, besides his Peanuts books. Among my collection of cartoon books are three of his books titled - "Young Pillars" "Teenager Is Not a Disease" "What Was Bugging Ol' Pharoah?" His strips have encouraged and brought to life many Christian topics and situations. As a cartoonist myself I have learned many things from his technique and art form, and was very moved by the positiveness of this movie. He, I am sure, is very proud of what his wife and company have done with his characters in this sweet animated movie.
