I believe it is because of our oldest daughter. She went crazy, had a child out of wedlock, got tattooed all over and is living with a woman as lesbians. It's like she woke up one day at college (PCC) and threw off God and everything we taught her. Rather than practice separation, I believe my wife keeps in contact with her so she doesn't perish from all the fool decisions she's become expert at making. Her worldliness is infectious or as the bible says, a little leaven, leaveneth the whole lump! My health hasn't allowed me to attend services regularly in years so my wife and other children (now adults) stopped going. With each hospital stay, their dress became less proper for a lady, replacing dresses and skirts for jeans and t-shirts and the 10 pm curfew went out the window. To their credit, they've each picked men that they will likely marry and not allowed any unworthy anywhere near them. One of the young men got saved at PCC last summer. I've not had the chance to talk about the things of God yet with the other. I'm sorry to hear that, hospital stays are no fun. Thank you for the prayers and I will keep you in mine as well.

I did, why else would he be there and be blind to the truth? I got saved and started going to mass with my wife and children. Only person who carried a bible into services. As I grew in grace it became apparant that this was no biblical place to be for a Christian and got my family out of there quick.

I think that's great what you and your wife are doing! Mine has run away from the things of God and I'm probably the world's biggest backslider for some time now. In fairness to myself, I've been spending too much time in the hospital and my vision has deteriorated to where I have not been able to read a book or look at the computer screen for very long. I bought a new bible with bigger font but it still hurts to read it. Waiting for my body to heal so I can go back to services though I can watch them on tv, it's not the same, I miss my friends and being in the presence of the saints. Spend more time than I should talking trucks, V8 engines and off-roading, racing, etc. But it does afford me the opportunity to witness. I loved studying bible doctrines and putting them into practice. Our children are grown now.

So what do you think Brother Tony? Is his faith in the Catholic Jesus who can't save anyone because they have to do good works and Mary is over Christ? Or is his faith in the biblical Christ and he just likes hanging out around all those idols and lost people? Or is it something else?

I'm not confused that was me rolling my eyes. The lost preparing for my departure? Really? I don't think so. The balloons are part of the political game called, "wag the dog". They want the citizens attention to focus on that and not the cloud of chemicals over Ohio and Pennsylvania, the admission that we essentially declared war on Russia and hurt Europe by blowing up the Nord Stream Pipeline and sending Ukraine armored vehicles and military aircraft and probably some other devious activities.

Welcome Trey! Getting baptized is not optional, it's a command that we're to follow and not disobey. I reckon that the Lord has been burdening you to do it since day 1. You cannot be a member of and effectively serve Christ without being a member of a New Testament Church. So get it done. I've just prayed for you and asked the Lord for two things on your behalf. First, to make sure you know that you are saved and 2nd that you are wishing to become a member of a scriptural new testament church and not one that has lost its way or one that never was. There's a lot of fakes out there these days. After I got saved I kept trying to get baptized but the Holy Ghost prevented me from doing so at several false churches until I stepped foot into a real one. Had I succeeded as many do, it's not really a baptism at all since they don't have the authority to do so. I would have just been dunked and gotten wet and not been baptized. Keep in touch.

He ain't saved. I read somewhere that this was turned into a commercial for the football game. Didn't see it but my wife and kids saw the fraud right away and told me about it afterwards.

Well, we had a nice evening at dinner and met up with my parents since my Dad didn't make reservations at the restaurant he chose. Our youngest daughters are being courted now, they got flowers and chocolate from someone besides me for the first time!

Well, now that I've read this response I do recall a few times when I disagreed with Brother Cloud now! This serves as a reminder to me to always search the scriptures for confirmation on something.

I knock a leg off their stool of beliefs by asking them why the two guys in Brooklyn (New World Bible Translation Committee) who wrote their bible had two Jesuits help them write it? It's right there in the first printing of their 1961 bible. They pulled their names in the second printing as I remember it. One can also ask them where was God's Word from the time of the apostles until the New World Translation Committee begin writing the bible in the 1950s? How does that jive with Matthew 24:35, Mark 13:31 and Luke 21.33?

Happy New Year! My prayer for this year is no more trips to the hospital and as always for my beloved family members to get saved. 4 stays in the hospital last year was quite tiring as was the recovery at home.

I've lost count of the number of times I went to sleep praying about something and the answer was in my inbox the next morning through Way of Life. I appreciate his warning ministry and cannot recall ever disagreeing with something presented.
