Independent Fundamental Baptist. Pastor's daughter. Number 8 in a line of 9 children. Did ACE homeschooling. Saved at the age of 10. From one of those families that every old time Christian feels relieved to talk with because we're on the same page. Regarding every kind of nut case, control freak, pharisee or character the world has to offer....we've met them all. My parents are bullet proof, and our family has developed a great sense of humour over the years as a result of the ministry. Regarding friends....I sometimes wonder if our lives would be more healthy without them. Christians can be such a pain, but I guess we're stuck with them. The few good friends I do have, I love them to death. I'm the sort of person that you feel like you've known for years in the first five minutes because I already know so much that YOU already know, and have experienced all of it. Say one sentence like "She's one of those paranoid temperements and sees things in people that don't exist.  The frustrating part about it all is you don't find those things out until you get close enough to get walloped." I'll get it straight away. Or if you try to tell me how a certain member of the church always seems to rock up around dinner time? Or just wants to ring and gain a pair of ears for a few hours? Or how someone just went around and did a slander campaign on you, or how you're definitely in trouble about something but no one seems to be able to put their finger on exactly what? That really gets me that one. Normally there's a a bipolar type individual involved with that one. But of course, the toughest thing is losing friends and weeping your heart out because you're lonely and a thousand miles from another church.

My family was split right down the middle from the fifth sibling and down because one of my siblings put us into child protection services because we were homeschooled etc. etc. Got questioned a lot and threatened to be taken off our parents, psychoanalyzed, and were going to be forcefully put in a public school. We left the state. I had an hours warning and my parents packed us younger five in the car and we left...our friends, our church, our family and went to  a different state where we knew hardly anyone. Then the government came to us there too and then finally left us alone. Thank God. Us five younger ones are still serving God. Simeon and Daniel are both pastors in Adelaide. Jeremy is training to be a pastor, and I'm....writing poetry and music and wish I could help muslim women in the middle east. I should just go there as a second language english teacher, give them the gospel and then spend the rest of my life stopping people from killing them after conversion. 

Anyway, that'll do for now.
