God's Method of Seed Management (Proverbs 10:14-23)

A good farmer will have a threefold sure method of receiving, storing and sowing seed in order to maximize the growth of a cash crop every year. It is not a mystical or misterios process. So too it is with God's seed (the Word of God) being planted year after year to bring forth a large and Godly crop for years to come. For the local church to survive and grow year after year, it must follow God's plan for managing his good Seed, which includes proper: Receiving and Selecting, Storing and Maintaining, Giving and Sowing, of that seed.

  Read what was written again...carefully. We don't celebrate the day. We celebrate ON that day. Also, the scripture is clear when that Resurrection occurred. Hence our joyful celebration ON that day. If you wish to celebrate ON another day, you certain can but its a special time because its the time when it happened.   re: "While the context and historical Christian tradition clearly shows this word to be reference to the celebration of Christ's resurrection on the Sunday Morning..." Seems curious, though, that scripture is silent with regard to anyone celebrating the first day of the week in honor of the resurrection.

  In The Day When I Cried Sometimes we think it is presumption to ask the Lord to answer a prayer today. Though if a prayer does seem more urgent, we may have asked the Lord to perfect (complete) that which concerneth us (from Psalm 138:8).
