MikeWatson1's post in Her, She, Him He, She + He = Couple was marked as the answer
Yeah it's illogical to say you are a different pronoun to what you are biologically. It's a post modern, very subjective concept without God.
I think even the drag queens and wot not in the past still knew they were men. They were being like women to the extreme, but still saw themselves as biological men.

MikeWatson1's post in KJV and God preserving His Word was marked as the answer
The other thing is :
King James avoided the scrupulousness of the Puritans by keeping the original ecclesiastical words out. Those being congregation and assembly. They were still used in some occasions.. but were mostly replaced with the word 'church'.
If congregation and assembly are better terms than the word 'church'.. then how does that marry up with the KJV being the only rightly preserved bible?
I think it is the context of when the word church is used.. that makes the meaning a congregation or assembly anyway.. but why not just use those words?

Public schools in the past I was prepared to have kids and have them attend. Now.. not a chance.
I know in the US you've got gender politics being put into young kids teaching. Here in NZ its not quite as prevalent yet.. but it's going that way quickly.

MikeWatson1's post in Karate and more, in the local Bible Church was marked as the answer
I used to be into New Age type beliefs. I'd meditate to be 'one' with things in nature and the supposed 'divine' and to be one with animals.
I hesitate to join in with martial arts now, because I'm wary of mysticism being taught through them.
If I wasn't sensitive to it, I may never actually notice it in a karate class, but I know the background of most martial arts is mystical.
What got me off the New Age stuff was reading Christian apologetics, and being convicted by Jesus to get serious about my faith (I believe i was saved before trying the New Age stuff)
There are self defense classes out there that have no spiritual element whatsoever. Just used for discipline and confidence. I could find one of them.

MikeWatson1's post in Why did God used a evil king to make a great Bible, King James was marked as the answer
Yes, the context keeps the church as visible and local.. as an assembly or congregation. That's why the KJV is a very accurate translation. But the KJV was still influenced by Anglican.. Church of England/Episcopalian folks.
