I didn't say anything about how they apply it, you think it's the 1st time the gvmt has violated their own rules, codes, and laws??

Most people don't realize that a 501 status app is not required in order to be tax-exempt (nor is incorporation [as opposed to orginization]).

It's ok though to have a Democrat speak at a black church and nothing is done about that. Has anyone heard of a black church losing it's tax exempt status because of this? I haven't. Another democrat double standard.
