Members pneu-engine
VHS for the price and recording ability, but Dvd for picture clarity, and the fact that dvd players will not "gobble-up" my discs and ruin them. Members Chelle
Sci-Fi -- because the whole of outer space is still a mystery to everybody but God (at least for now :D ) Historical fiction or Modern-day fiction?
Members pneu-engine
Historical fiction stories are really intriguing. High-Drama stories or Documentaries
Members Chelle
Oooh, that's a toughie. It depends on what mood I'm in. But generally, I prefer high-drama. Most of the documentaries I've seen have been produced with a liberal and/or evolutionary slant. Cooking show or Home improvement/decorating show? Members pneu-engine
Home Improvement, especially Norm Abrams' "New Yankee Workshop", when it was on. I don't see it anymore, can't find it on anywhere. Although, there are some cooking show hosts that are truly entertaining, indeed. They have a humor that is worthy of note. Members LAF
Civil War ( on the other topic I think that Norm Abrams is now combined with "This old House " at least I always see him on that show . Members Chelle
Game shows, definitely -- reality shows are a joke. Members LAF
Historical documentaries Traditional decorating or country decorating
Members Chelle
That's another toughie ... if "traditional", it would have to depend on what or whose tradition. I'd have to pick country decorating, though I like things simpler than I've seen in a lot of country homes...not a lot of "knick-knacks" around, or too many "frills". I'm definitely a "no-frills" kinda gal. :D Furniture -- contemporary or antique?
