[/quote] That depends -- what are Spanish onions like? :D If they're like the round white or yellow onions you get in the supermarket, then my answer is: it depends on what we're having. Green onions are great as a garnish, sprinkled on sour cream atop a taco salad; or, sauteed in fried rice.
