Hamburgers grilled over an open fire on a small sheet of stainless steel or aluminum. --OR-- Hamburgers fried in a frying pan on the stove. [/quote] It's sometimes called poor man's lasagna. It's tubular, corrugated pasta noodles similar in size and shape to macaroni, but straight, instead of curved. Also, instead of layering the cheeses and sauces as in lasagna, it is simply mixed all together. Potato salad.
