I never had it until I came to Florida - the spring rolls, the won ton soup, the General Tao Chicken - YUMMY! I still like my homestyle country food too - but Chinese is great for a change of pace! :hungry:

Would you believe that most of the Chinese food you get in America is not very genuine Chinese food? (but I agree it's better than genuine Chinese food!)

Don't you know that saying Chinese-American food isn't real Chinese is like saying French Fries ain't really French ?

I think Moo-Goo-Gi-Pan (sp?) is Chinese for "whatever-is-left-in-the-back-of-the-refrigerator!"
