I went with my Dad early this morning and we were heading east when the sun rose. Right before the sun came over the horizon, a beautiful reddish beam of light shot staight up into some clouds like a huge spotlight!

Even after the sun rose, that one bright spotlight-like beam remained for a couple of minutes. It was really something to see.

It snowed here early this morning, and has been spitting snow off and on all day. I guess tonight we are supposed to get more. :sad I guess I have to expect that in January in IN!!
