Shucks, you all are trying so hard to win this one...It's a pity I can just walk right in and suddenly take control of the whole thing and be on my merry way.

That's the way it goes... and makes this thread interesting, too.
You know, on New Year's Eve, it could be someone whom has never posted on this thread before. They could peak in, decide to post, and win!!
That's how easy it is....come on folks, that's all you have to do. Hope to see many here!!

That wouldn't be a double post...well, not on the same thread anyway....
I hope you know I was just kidding in my post...Elmo just struck me as funny, that's all....

As far as I know, there aren't any rules as to what is posted. One only needs to be the last one to post. Perhaps Brother Matt will expand upon the guidelines as the time approaches....

My brain's feeling like mush, so I'll go ahead and post the hymn I'm listening to. :) :)

I'm forgiven forever through God's only Son,
Forgiven forever, a new life begun.
Christ was born in a manger,
He lived and He died for me.

I'm forgiven forever, the grave has no power.
Forgiven forever, from this very hour,
Oh praise to the Son of God, I'm free!

Glory to the King of kings who died on Calvary,
Glory to the Son of God.
He paid the price for all my sin,
And rose in victory!
The Word of God has spoken,
The tempter's power is broken,
All praise to the King of kings!

I'm forgiven forever, my darkness is gone,
Forgiven forever, to Him I belong,
And someday in Heaven, my crowns at His feet I'll bring.
I'm forgiven forever, with Him I shall live,
Forgiven forever, to Jesus I'll give
My worship and praise to Him I'll sing...

Glory to the King of kings who died on Calvary,
Glory to the Son of God.
He paid the price for all my sin and rose in victory...
The Word of God has spoken, the tempter's power is broken...
All praise to the King of kings!

I'm forgiven forever, all praise to the King of kings!

Thanks, but I know your tricks, trying to stay up and get the last post in!!

I tried to find it at www.cyberhymnal.org, but it's not there--I guess it must be one of the newer ones. It's great to know the Holy Spirit's still moving people to write 'em like that these days, isn't it?

Run out of words? Oh, no, I've just been scouring the aisles of Wal-Mart to find a product that begins with a Roman letter and ends in something like a Greek letter so I can throw out a killer, but I suppose if you want to rush me I might have to settle for something that ends in just an apostrophe or a Spanish letter with an accent mark.

Ok you've discovered my secret...I got nothin'...But at least I make an effort to hide it well.

Havent been on for years, but have been studying with Jews for Jesus weekly Bible Study which has been wonderful.  Not sure any of your views on that group, but if you are from a Jewish background a great place to be grounded in the word and to learn.

I am a researcher and writer at Watch Unto Prayer which I started 25 years ago. On this website there are many well-documented articles and audio programs by myself and other researchers whose ministry is to expose the endtime apostasy of the Church. Now more than ever Christians need information in order to identify and avoid the various deceptions that are in nearly all the churches.
My husband and I attended the IFB Bible Baptist Church of James Knox a couple of years ago. We left the church after we were informed by the assistant pastor that we were not allowed to express views to other members that do not agree with the views of the pastor and leaders of the church. We were not introducing heresy but expressing our views concerning the State of Israel. We had never been in a church which forbade private conversations on issues where there are diverse opinions. This we recognized as cultlike control of church members. To inform Christians, my husband, who is also a researcher and writer, started a website on the subject: Zionism Exposed: A Watchman Ministry.

Jesus said:"I am the truth, the way, and the life. No man can come to The Father, but by Me."

Brother Tony, I read your reply on Anderson, I know you all think I'm argumentative but, when you don't agree.....the first thought I had is, I wish you would introduce me to the guy that hasn't sinned, maybe David, that had a man killed so he could commit adultery, yet, he was & is a man after Gods own heart, or maybe Paul the guy that persecuted and had Christians killed, or maybe Richg or Kent H, or even you ! I used to listen to personalities also when I was younger but today and for some time, my only concern is, does it line up with scripture & to me its hilarious that you think "I'm in a fix" LOL, I interpreted what we've discussed perfectly, not because I'm smart, but because with an open mind to things of God, its an easy read.
