a wheat cracker.. they taste like shredded wheat.. a cereal we have here

I know shredded wheat, I have had it since I was a child. We had it during the war when I was a child and you could not get art materials and Shredded whet then had cards between the layers and we used them for drawing on.  It was Welgar Shredded in those days, then Nabisco, now Nestlés.  Biscuit comes from two French words bis (two or twice) and cuit (cook)  so are triscuits "trice cooked?"
