Brats and sauerkraut tonight, with a deli dill pickle and corn on the cOB.  Picked 2 gallons of wild blackberries yesterday (they are everywhere in southern Oregon) and some Alberta Peaches from the U-Pick farm.  Going to make my locally famous blackberry/peach pie for dessert.

In the mood for loaded Nacho's tonight.  You would think that would be a quick and easy meal, but for me, "loaded" means I have to:  Slice tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, olives, make my own guacamole, make taco seasoning beef, homemade salsa, and cheat with store bought sour cream.  I also cheat on the Nacho cheese sauce and buy it in a can, and I don't make my own tortilla chips.
