Members CJP56
A grilled Ball Park Beef Hot Dog on a bun, smothered in catsup, mustard, chili sauce, onions, & sauerkraut is an Epicurean delight! But for supper tonight I had french fries and baked beans and leftover pasta. CJP56

Ac 17:18* Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him. And some said, What will this babbler say? other some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto them Jesus, and the resurrection. Members Invicta
I guess someone will be saying MacDonalds is Epicurian food next. It amazes me that the land known for its gourmet food, France, has MacDonalds all over the place. I did go in one a couple of years ago as they had free wi-fi and I needed to check my emails and our hotel which was next door charged quite a bit for wi-fi. (Pronounced wiffy or wee-fee in French depending on where you are.)
Members Invicta
Well, technically it was not the Lord's Day it was Wed. But I'd eat a Hot Dog over -watercress, baby toms and cue from the garden, red cabbage slaw, and grated celeriac and carrot- anyday! Sorry bro, I get the days mixed up. Its my age, you know. After our Weds meeting we go up to Tesco to see what last minute reductions they have, we sometimes get a lot very cheaply, after about 9.45 they throw it all away. Been a year and I'm still not allowed to cook ! My husband could cook but He's become a really good cook now! Neurologist saying I maybe able to bake some breads (boy's are celiacs) but I can only mix in mixer, he'll pour into baking pan and take out of oven. Is this cooking?? Flustrating because that was a way to show love before but ready to except whatever I can get to cook by this point. Anyone here (women) that can relate? Would be very helpful!
