Members godsgurlie_077
I play alto Sax and enjoy it greatly I have been playing it since I was 11 but I stoped for two or three years. I use to play in Church but stopped playing because I thought I was getting too much glory when God should be getting the glory.
Members missfiddlyn27
I've played the violin for 15 years and I play in a symphony orchestra. I also play viola. I guess I can play the guitar but b/c I haven't played it for years and years, it just kinda came to me, it feels funny saying I play guitar. I'm almost through battling my way to a music degree. Yay!!!!!!

It doesn't work as well as an electric, but it was kind of interesting. (Distortion doesn't have to be the harsh heavy metal type, btw. You can make pleasant sounds with a little distortion as well.) Members trc123
Agreed. I have a Taylor Acoustic, a Gibson Les Paul, a Fender Strat and a Fender Tele with a variety of amps (Tube and Digital).
Members anime4christ
I only have a Dean Performer E (Acoustic-Electric). I sold all the rest of my guitars to buy it. It's pretty sweet for a guitar under $300, sounds and plays better than a lot of Ibanez (and some other brands) $400+ guitars I've tried. I'd like to get a Gibson electric and Dean Espana classical, but the ones I want are around $600 and I can't afford that right now.

I'm at a point in my life that the children are grown, married, having their own families and I have a bit of "extra capital" that I could put into my guitars. I didn't buy new, but I did watch and wait and when the right used deal came along; bam.............I bought it........... Remember, do not go beyond your means and just enjoy what God does allow you to have!

Members anime4christ
Yeah, still waiting, not doing much saving though, since I don't earn enough money to save at the moment. lol. I'm at the point in life where I'm still trying to get through college and all that (I'm 19), so guitars will have to wait.
