Ready to See Your Face


Each time I take a breath,
I am thinking about that precious Promised Land,
Drawing nearer to eternal life, and an earthly death,
Going to hold my Precious Saviour?s hand!

My earthly body is so sick and worn,
I am awaiting my Heavenly body above.
I long to be by Lord?s side, and Him I want to worship and adorn,
I want to be wrapped up in His bountiful love!

I have been sick for quite a while,
But no more pain to endure.
No more holding on and no more trials,
For I am on my way to a Heavenly Shore.

Going to the streets of gold,
With perfection in every way.
Reaching for my Saviours hand to hold,
Right by His side day by day.

Thank you Lord, for allowing me to be here.
Thank you for all your precious grace,
I am on my way to be in Heaven where there will be no pain or tears,
I am coming home, Praise the Lord, I am about to see your Heavenly face.
