Members Madeline
I use to have that problem too, now for some reason the graphics (just this site) are loading verrrrry slowly. :puzzled:
Members John81
On several occasions I've typed a post and when I hit reply everything basically freezes and then I get a "can't connect to site" page. This only happens on OB. Each time this has happened (probably more than a dozen times so far) when I hit the back button I get the reply page, but what I typed is gone, but when I retype the message it goes through. Members Pastorj
John, are you running XP or Vista?
Administrators Pastor Matt Posted March 6, 2008 Administrators Share Posted March 6, 2008 The more that I look into this the more that is seems like it is the ISP that is playing games with the ip address.
Members Pastorj
When I am logged on with my wife's computer (XP) I have no problems at all. When I am logged in with my computer at home (Juno Dial-up) I get logged off all of the time. When I am logged in with my computer at the church (High Speed Wireless Broadband) I have no problems at all. If I clear my cookies, I am good for a few days. It is really strange. Guest Guest
Just got logged off again. I was viewing a thread and clicked to read the next page and I'm told I must log in. That sounds like a security or cookies issue on the local machine. I may very well be wrong, but I think that has much to do with it.
