Members Konstantin
The mystery of God will "be finished" (Rev.10:7) when "the mariage of the Lamb" (Rev.19:7) comes, and two will be one flesh. Christ and the Church "shalbe one flesh" (Gen.2:24). The Lord Jesus Christ will have taken to Him His "great power" (Rev.11:17). Then The Father will tell The Son: "Thou art my Sonne, to day haue I begotten thee" (Heb.5:5) KJV1611AV.
Administrators Jim_Alaska Posted June 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted June 17, 2020 Is there a point to taking random, unrelated Scripture verses and attempting to build some obscure meanings from them?

It is not the random points. I will provide more detailed information later.
Members SureWord
Though I agree with your first point the last doesn't make sense. God won't tell his Son that he was "begotten" until after the marriage? Edited June 17, 2020 by SureWord
Administrators Jim_Alaska Posted June 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted June 17, 2020 I didn't say random points; I said "random, unrelated Scripture". Alan

This is not so important, it is important that you do not understand what is written in the first post. John Young

Members Konstantin
"Scripture calls the Church a wife, the bride of the Lamb, and compares it to the holy city of Jerusalem, prepared, and “as a bride adorned for her husband” (Rev.21:2). The Scripture also compares the Church of God with the construction of a building, which “fitly framed together, groweth vnto an holy Temple in the Lord” (Eph.2:21). In the Gospels there are also types of the holy Temple in the Lord. Name the Lord Jesus Christ will be given to Christ and the Church. In this Greatness, “all the fulnesse of the Godhead” will dwell bodily (Col.2:9). Scripture shows us the Lord Jesus Christ in many types. In the description of the face and clothes of Jesus after His transfiguration on a high mountain, as well as in the appearance of a cloud that overshadowed His disciples, the Scripture shows us the holy Temple in the Lord: “And was transfigured before them, and his face did shine as the Sunne, and his raiment was white as the light” (Matt.17:2)."
